Won 3rd place - Bronze, in International championship held online during pandemic, 22 countries participated in the tournament, 

Second degree Black-belt (Dan2) - My proud achievement of my unrelentless training over last 11 years. 

First degree Black-belt (Dan1) - Hard earned degree in Karate. I became eligible to start training junior belts.

Winning Gold in Kata is always a high. Kata routine is meditative for me. 

Kumite fight is exhilarating event. Pride of winning a medal is icing on the cake.

Practicing bare foot in open at 95 F and scorching sun, at was an experience to remember.
